MY DESIRE TO BE BETTER
When I bake cakes, I’ve learned that mistakes are one of the best ways to grow. Every time something goes wrong—whether it’s a sponge that sinks in the middle or a batch that ends up a little too dry—I try to see it as a lesson, not a failure. Each mishap helps me understand what went wrong and how I can do better next time. I’ve found that as long as I stay passionate and curious, even the frustrating moments push me forward. Baking has taught me that with patience and a love for the craft, every mistake becomes a stepping stone to becoming stronger, more skilled, and more creative.

I don’t think I’ve ever made 2 cakes exactly the same, I love trying new things. Often making it up as I go and learning from mistakes but I love every minute of it. Tell me what you like and I’ll try to conjure something up for any speacial occasion.
